CLASS DESCRIPTION
Aqua Fit – Water aerobics class is a no impact medium intensity program which emphasizes cardiovascular strength and endurance as we as flexibility, range of motion and core strength.
Muscle Mama – This class is designed for women to develop your total strength, power and muscular endurance with a high energy class format that will get the heart and endorphins pumping.

Cardio Crush – Get your heartrate up and burn those calories in this class where you will move through a variety of different movements at your own pace to increase your stamina.
Gold Fit – Friday Fun-day for seniors. Suitable for all fitness levels focusing on specific needs of the seniors with exercises that work on strengthening, posture, cardio and stretching.
Junior Cardio Blast – Gear your kids up for a fun circuit class that incorporates fun games, drills and activities that are age appropriate and builds a solid foundation of fundamentals and cardiovascular endurance.
Junior Laughing Yoga – Laughter is good for the heart and soul! This class combines laughter exercise, deep breathing and fun kid’s yoga movements to promote health and happiness. It’s a fun and energizing way to reduce stress and boost your mood.
Strength Hour – This class is designed to build and enhance muscular strength and endurance. Participants will use a combination of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and other accessories to target all major muscle groups.
Slow Flow – Beginning Yoga that focuses on relaxing, restoring, deep stretching, balance and slow yoga movements that anyone can do.
Gold Strength – Classic senior class that targets the whole body with a workout that uses multiple types of resistance to improve strength, coordination, spatial awareness and ADL’s.
Gold Circuit – A senior circuit class is a guided exercise program that takes you through a series of 6-8 exercises that includes cardio, strength, endurance and balance exercises.
Junior Dance – Kids love to dance and what better way to get them moving than with something that will encourage lifelong healthy habits in a fun high energy dance style class to get out all that extra energy.
Zumba – combination of dance and fitness. High energy interval style dance fitness party that combines both low and high intensity moves that can burn calories, improve mood and coordination. Best part is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!
Power Hour – High energy class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while sculpting and strengthening your core muscles. The hour incorporates a mix of aerobic exercises and core workouts to help you achieve a balanced and powerful physique
WOD – Workout of the day! Fun circuit type of class that will be sure to wake you up and get your blood pumping which incorporates high energy cardiovascular work alongside of full body weighted movements that is perfect for anyone. From the athlete to those who are just starting out, there is something for everyone.
Big Dawg Bootcamp – A full body station based workout that emphasizes athletic movements and improves muscular endurance, boosts strength and muscle definition. This class is intense and challenging but exercises can be modified and is perfect for any experience level.
